Nanny Position, Edinburgh EH10 Seeking a loving, experienced, flexible and reliable nanny to care for a 10 year old boy.  There is an older sibling in the home, however he is 14 years old and very self-sufficient. The successful candidate will cover when the existing Nanny is unavailable or on annual leave.  This will consist of a mix of afternoons, evenings and weekends depending on schedules & agreed in advance. The family travels around 4/5 times per year during the school holidays and own a property in Florida. Both nannies will travel with the family working together and on their own; enjoying fun days out and equally receiving their own down time to relax and enjoy the location.  When the family are in Edinburgh the working schedule will be 25 hours per week.  When overseas, hours will be increased to full time. A team player attitude is essential, as is the willingness to muck-in.  Our existing Nanny is friendly and welcoming as are the parents. Live in Nanny Job, Notting Hill, April start A new client of Greycoat Lumleys is looking for a Live in Nanny for their children. The role will be focused on a two-year-old little girl. Her older sister, aged 13, is very self-sufficient. The family is also expecting a third child, due in April (around the beginning of employment). A maternity nurse will be employed for the first three months. The role will be a mixture of sole charge and shared care in a busy but laid-back household. Family often visits and the parents lead busy professional and social lives, so the ideal Nanny will be outgoing, friendly, and energetic but will also be able to remain calm and constant within that environment. The Nanny will be required to travel with the family, occasionally last-minute. Flexibility is essential, as is the ability to enter the USA (although the right to work is not required). There is a housekeeper and a PA employed, so a team player who will muck-in and match their mindset of “everyone helps each other” will fit in very well. An up to date first aid certificate and police check are essential for this position.
