Billing Manager Job – Temps Division, South West London

We’re seeking an experienced Billing Manager to lead and grow our busy and highly successful Temps division. You’ll manage your own high-performing desk while overseeing a motivated team, driving financial success, and delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach and develop your team to achieve targets, KPIs and budgets.
Drive business growth through client relationship management and proactive business development.
Oversee day-to-day operations of temporary bookings and ensure smooth delivery for clients.
Conduct performance reviews, set strategic goals, and report on results to the Head of Sector.
Attend client meetings, negotiate rates, and maintain service excellence across all accounts.
Recruit, onboard and mentor new team members.
What You’ll Bring:
Proven success as a Billing or Recruitment Manager within temporary recruitment.
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Commercially driven with a focus on results and quality service.
Hands-on approach with the ability to balance billing and management.
