Billing Manager – Temps Division

We’re seeking an experienced Billing Manager to lead and grow our busy and highly successful Temps division. You’ll manage your own high-performing desk while overseeing a motivated team, driving financial success, and delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop your team to achieve targets, KPIs and budgets.
- Drive business growth through client relationship management and proactive business development.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of temporary bookings and ensure smooth delivery for clients.
- Conduct performance reviews, set strategic goals, and report on results to the Head of Sector.
- Attend client meetings, negotiate rates, and maintain service excellence across all accounts.
- Recruit, onboard and mentor new team members.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven success as a Billing or Recruitment Manager within temporary recruitment.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Commercially driven with a focus on results and quality service.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to balance billing and management.
