Greycoat Lumleys is pleased to be assisting in the search for an Experienced Chalet Couple looking to do another winter season in Meribel, France. The couple will be an Experience Chalet Manager and Chef who will bring their expertise to this Chalet and make the role their own.
The Manager will be involved with all day-to-day running’s of the chalet such as stock control, inventories, and finance as well as managing and training of the 3 Chalet host, they will have working with them.
The Chef will be providing breakfast, canapes and a 4-course fine dining meal, 5 nights a week, with 2 days off. The chalet has up to 15 guests and is often full.
The successful couple will:
- Have worked a winter season before
- Chalet Manager - 2years experience in a managerial position
- Chef – Have private client experience, be it Yachts, Villas or private households
- Be able to work autonomously and make decisions on the spot
- Have worked with UHNW clients before
- Have a can-do attitude and be hands-on
