Chauffeur Job in London

A private household is seeking a professional, experienced Chauffeur to provide safe, punctual, and discreet transportation for the family. The ideal candidate will be reliable, well-presented, and familiar with London and surrounding areas. You will primarily work out of the family's London home, but will drive them from their country Estate in Guildford as required. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive principals and family members to various destinations including work, school, appointments, and social engagements

  • Maintain vehicles to a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and performance

  • Assist with luggage, packages, and opening doors when required

  • Plan journeys to ensure timely arrival, avoiding delays and traffic where possible

  • Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel, servicing, and maintenance

  • Perform occasional errands or deliveries for the household

  • Ensure discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence with a clean record

  • Previous experience as a private chauffeur or professional driver preferred

  • Excellent knowledge of London and surrounding areas (or relevant region)

  • Immaculate personal appearance and a polite, professional attitude

  • Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends if needed

  • Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of the family's privacy

Working hours: 55 hour week, primarily worked Monday to Friday with flexibility for evening and weekend work 

Start date: flexible 

Salary: £60,000 GPA
