Greycoat Lumleys is proud to be working with luxury prestigious brand. They pride themselves in providing high quality service for those in later life. They would like a chef de partie to join their brigade, who will work with them to provide food with high nutritional value.
Main duties and responsibilities:
To input ideas to create a menu.
To utilise fresh and seasonal produce to cook from scratch.
To be able to deal with problems in an efficient and effective manner.
To be creative and proactive in their work.
To assist in the training of commis chefs in the brigade.
To work effectively to maintain flawless service in your section.
Essential Skills/experience
Minimum 1 years’ experience as Chef de partie
Previous experience in a 5-star establishment (preferred).
Experience in healthy food preparation
Intermediate Food Hygiene certificate (preferred)
Strong understanding of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) (preferred)
Written and Verbal proficiency in English
