A lovely family is looking for a Christmas Chef in Islington, London on 25th of December.
They would like to have ideally a chef with Michelin or Rosette experience to make Christmas special, but the main roast is to be family style. Canapes I the beginning, starter main, traditional Christmas roast and pudding/ dessert.
There will be 10 -12 guests. There are 3 vegetarians, and 3 toddlers included in the numbers.
Client would like to have a trial day prior the Christmas Dinner.
