Live In Cook / Allrounder job - Leicestershire - start asap - 1 bed flat accommodation provided - £35,000 GPA

Our client is looking for an experienced candidate to take on a diverse and flexible role. You will be working as part of the wider estate team with a focus on Catering and Hospitality. Candidates need to be able to manage their own time, work well as part of a team as be generally happy to help wherever needed.

Duties will include:

Assisting two chefs catering for the estate team rooms - backing them up and assisting with the preparation of cakes, sandwiches and light meals. (Seasonal)
Sometimes cooking for the family, breakfast for example but not formal dinner parties.
Working Front of House in the Tearooms (Seasonal). Managing staff rotas for the tea rooms as well as working hands on, taking orders, serving and being front of house
Help at shooting parties (Seasonal) acting as Butler and working with the family directly
Hosting at weddings - the estate is used as a wedding venue and you would be hosting, meeting and greeting guests and working with the rest of the team to ensure the smooth running of the day
Running errands
Driving
Helping with the family dogs

This will be a full-time role with flexibility needed on evenings and weekends

1 bed flat provided within the main building - all bills covered by the employer
