Live-out (with assistance) Supervising Housekeeper Position - April/May start 2024 - Bavaria, Germany
We are seeking an experienced HNW/UHNW Private Housekeeper for a wonderful 4,500 sqm property in the heart of Bavaria. Please note we can only consider those who speak English, and have either an EU passport or Valid German Working Visa. To be considered the client has requested we only submit candidates with longevity in recent positions.
Responsibilities:
Professional cleaning of residence (high- quality furnishing)
40H / week (availability on weekends & public holidays necessary and frequent )
Exclusive laundry care (silk, cashmere etc)
Errands and shopping (e.g. grocery shopping, taking special clothes to an official laundry store, post office etc.)
Breakfast preparation and occasional cooking
Supervision and coordination of craftsmen
Gardening (Mowing the lawn, clearing the snow, watering of flowers, terrace plants etc.)
Must haves:
Many years of professional experience as a housekeeper in an upscale household / high-class / VIP environment
Excellent references from previous employers
Independent and proactive way of working
Profound cleaning experience of high-quality materials (Marble, parquet / slate floor etc.)
Valid EU passport
Valid drivers license
Willingness to work at the weekends and during holiday season
Holiday must be taken in parallel with the principals
During weekends shift work is desired (08:00-13:00 and 18:00-21:00).
Cooking skills (e.g. for preparing breakfast and light / basic meals)
High level of Discreetness, reliability, and responsibility
Independent and proactive way of working
Coordination of two cleaning staff
Accommodation Offer:
The client kindly offers a room with an en-suite in the residence that can be occupied for up to 3 months (rent free) whilst the candidate seeks a place to live. Due to high rental costs in Munich the client will also offer an additional 500 euro per month supplement to assist with this, should all go well during that period.
Benefits:
Long- term working contract / employment
Holidays: 26-30 days/year
Monthly gross salary: Circa 4,000 to 4,500 euro gross (negotiable) 13 payments per annum
