Full time Personal Assistant job, Notting Hill (German Language skills are required)

We are seeking a Personal Assistant to work in close partnership with the Creative Director. This pivotal role sits at the heart of the brand, ensuring every detail - from the flow of the studio and fittings to international travel and showrooms - runs with precision and elegance. We are looking for a poised, highly organised individual who thrives in dynamic creative environments and approaches every task with initiative, discretion, and finesse. This is a rare opportunity to gain first-hand exposure to the inner workings of a luxury fashion house, collaborating across design, PR, commercial, and events, while supporting the Creative Director in both professional and personal capacities.

Key Responsibilities Studio & Creative Support

  • Maintain an immaculate studio environment that enhances creativity and supports daily workflow.

  • Assist with fittings, garment preparation, sample management, and collection development.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for photoshoots, style-outs, events, and collection handovers.

  • Manage enquiries and VIP requests with professionalism and discretion.

Showroom & Events

  • Travel to Paris and other key markets to provide on-the-ground support during showroom appointments.

  • Prepare spaces, manage samples, and ensure a polished, brand-aligned experience for buyers and press.

  • Support brand events and photoshoots, delivering flawless execution reflective of the brands aesthetic.

Travel & Logistics

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel for the Creative Director.

  • Prepare wardrobes, itineraries, and packing routines with care and precision.

  • Anticipate needs and ensure every trip runs seamlessly.

Personal & Lifestyle Support

  • Structuring and management of calendar with foresight and clear understanding of (design) critical path

  • Manage personal scheduling, wardrobe care, errands, tax filings and expenses with sensitivity and discretion.

  • Maintain key personal contacts and preferences to ensure seamless day-to-day support.

  • Handle confidential matters with the utmost professionalism.

  • Provides comprehensive administrative support within both UK and German healthcare systems, including coordinating schedules, managing documentation and communication, and submitting invoices to health insurance providers.

Office Management

  • Act as first point of contact for office-administration related topics

  •  Oversee the daily presentation of the office, ensuring a welcoming, on-brand environment.

  •  Manage supplies, couriers, and guest experience with polish and efficiency.

  •  Support meetings, visits, and internal operations with attention to detail.

Candidate Profile

  • Exceptionally organised, adaptable, and proactive with an eye for detail.

  • Grace under pressure; able to anticipate needs and offer solutions seamlessly.

  • Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across teams and with external partners.

  • Previous experience within luxury fashion, creative industries, or high-level support roles is advantageous.

  • Fluency in English is essential; German language skills are highly desirable.

  • Discreet, professional, and confident in handling sensitive information

Location: Office based full time

Working week: Monday – Friday

Working Hours: 9am – 6pm

Salary: £60k - £80k depending on experience
