Live in or Live out Property Maintenance/Admin Job, Wimbledon based.
A client of ours is looking to recruit an Honest, Trustworthy, Hard-Working and Punctual individual to join their small team. You will work alongside the Head of Facilities. The Principals have multiple properties within the UK and abroad and would like this candidate to help maintain each property. The ideal candidate for this role will be experienced, switched on, proactive, a self-starter and flexible. They will also be happy to work with others, be able to multi-task, problem-solve and have great management skills.
Duties include but not limited to:
Maintenance and Management of all properties
Assisting Head of Facilities with any issues and tasks
General handyman duties
Admin duties – updating spreadsheets, dealing with invoices and documents
Driving is essential so would need to have a clean license. This candidate must be computer literate, have good written and communicative skills, have a positive and great muck-in attitude.
Travel: 3-4 times per year to Scotland/France. 3-5 days max at a time
Working days: Monday – Friday(flexibility to work weekends)
Hours: 8am – 4pm – flexibility required
Salary: £35k + GPA negotiable depending on experience
Start date: Flexible for the right person
