Head Chef Role – Saudi Arabia Competitive Package
A new client of Greycoat Lumleys who is seeking a full time Private Chef has approached Greycoat Lumleys on an exclusive basis.
The client who is based in Riyadh but travels extremely frequently is seeking a top private chef to work for him full time and remain in the Kingdom year-round (apart form one month of annual leave)
The position is for a Head chef to manage all the Kitchen operations of a 75,000 Square foot Palace and the Principal entertains many foreign dignitaries and exclusive businessmen frequently while he is in residence. The role would involve management of at least 5 other kitchen staff but often more.
The principal only entertains small numbers and is very private. He lives alone and has a Mediterranean diet, preferring western cuisine over Middle Eastern cuisine.
The role would involve a 6-day working week and complete dedication to the team, and the overall provision of food and beverage for the Palace.
Accommodation in a one-bedroom apartment would be provided to the successful applicant free of charge.
