A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a professional, talented, ambitious and experienced Hospitality Host for the 2024 Formula One season. You will be delivering world-class trackside hospitality for our partner, a prestigious Formula One Team. 

This role requires the successful applicant to travel and work abroad for approximately 25 weeks of the year, in line with the F1 calendar, and must be taken into consideration before applying.

They are look for an experienced hospitality professional who will be responsible for ensuring the trackside race team members and invited guests are looked after to the highest standards, delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will be expected to create a warm and welcoming environment, working confidently in table and drinks service. You will be responsible for daily tasks both individually and as part of the wider trackside hospitality and catering team within all areas of client hospitality. In between races, you will assist with logistics and administration requirements from HQ in London. 

Skills and Experience 

Essential 

  • A passion for hospitality, service, food and drink 

  • Highly skilled table & wine service 

  • Innovative and creative individual who strives for excellence 

  • Organised, able to make robust judgments and prioritise 

  • Demonstrable experience as a waiter/waitress within a luxury hospitality environment 

  • Excellent attention to detail 

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to priorities tasks 

  • Excellent relationship building skills 

  • Team player they are a social bunch! 

 

Desirable 

  • Additional languages 

  • Experience working in Formula One or a Motorsport Hospitality environment 

  • WSET & Food Safety Qualifications
