House Manager position - Just outside Milan, Italy
A large ultra-high net worth family is seeking a versatile House Manager to assist them at their Milan home. The main responsibilities will involve managing multiple households globally, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the household in Milan, cooking family-style meals, chauffeuring the family's children, liaising with suppliers and contractors, supervising other household staff, budgeting, and overseeing general family finance.

Organising the family's schedule and calendars
Hiring and managing household staff and monitoring their job performance
Driving the children to and from school and other general chauffeuring duties
Preparing healthy, nutritious meals daily, including menu planning and grocery shopping
Keeping the cupboards and other storage areas tidy and implementing effective organizational systems for clothes and other items
Running errands as required
Managing contractors and vendors in accordance with the employer's instructions
Handling car and bike maintenance
Performing light administrative duties such as scheduling appointments and meetings as needed
Managing household bills and carrying out other administrative tasks, including tracking deadlines and payments and managing petty cash
Traveling with the family as needed
To be considered for this position, you must be fluent in English and Italian and possess a European passport. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, a team player, willing to lend a hand whenever needed, and comfortable working with children.

Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours: 10 hours per day, Monday through Friday; 5 hours on Saturdays (55 hours per week)
