House Manager Job - Live in - Oxfordshire
A busy couple bought a country home about 5 years ago and have just finished the refurbishment of the property,they are now ready to move in. This is a weekend residence for them and will visit on average 2 x a month.
The couple are informal and do not require you to work at the weekends as they like the time spent there just for them.
Your main role is maintain the property, oversee contractors and managing staff. There are gardeners and 1 house keeper on a permanent basis however there are maintenance people coming in each week to look after the pool and other areas.
They are looking for someone who is quite handy with fixing small items that are broken and has some maintenance knowledge. You must be organised and hands on, trustworthily and discreet and can use your own initiative.
Accommodation provided - 1 bedroom flat with separate entrance and small garden (partner welcome, no children or pets)
This is a rural location so having a driving licence is preferable.
Salary - £40-£45K
Monday - Friday - 9am - 5pm
Saturday 10am - 12 noon
