Personal Assistant/House Manager Job
A couple in Belgravia is seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant/House Manager to be their right-hand person in managing their home. This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated individual to elevate service standards, train staff, and create memorable experiences for guests.
The couple visits their home approximately twice a month, often hosting elegant dinner parties. As the Personal Assistant/House Manager, you will collaborate closely with the chef and housekeeper to ensure every event is executed to perfection, offering guests a VIP experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Open and manage post, organizing and paying any household bills efficiently.
Event Planning: Coordinate and book restaurants, tickets to plays, and other outings for the couple.
Contractor Management:Organize contractors for household maintenance and improvement, obtaining quotes as necessary.
Table Service:Provide exquisite service at the table, including silver service and wine and beverage service.
Inventory Management:Maintain a detailed inventory of artwork and bespoke items within the home.
Floral Arrangements:Create and manage beautiful floral arrangements to enhance the home’s aesthetic.
Insurance Management:Ensure all insurance policies are current and adequate for high-value items in the home.
Diet Manual Creation:Develop a comprehensive diet manual tailored to the couple’s preferences and needs.
Life Manual Development: Establish a life manual to implement protocols in their other residences abroad, including those in the United States and the Bahamas.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in high-net-worth households.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for providing top-tier service.
Discreet and trustworthy, with an ability to manage sensitive information.
Salary - £65,000 - £70,000 GPA
Monday - Friday - You can work from home a couple of days a week when the principal is not in residence and you must be flexible to work around their schedule when they are here.
