Live Out Housekeeper Job
We are seeking a Housekeeper for a private estate near Windsor Park in Surrey. This is a live-out job that requires working in a small team led by an experienced Head Housekeeper to maintain the estate's buildings to a 6-star standard during the summer months.
Responsibilities include delivering a top-notch housekeeping and cleaning service, ensuring all housekeeping consumables and equipment are accurately stocked, maintaining soft furnishings, providing valet service, carrying out light laundry duties, assisting the Estate team in keeping outbuildings/storage areas clean and tidy, monitoring contractors, providing support to other departments, and reporting any issues found with the house and equipment.
The ideal candidate should have a good command of both spoken and written English, at least 2 years of hands-on housekeeping experience in a 5-star hotel or HNW private home environment, live within 40 minutes of the work location, have a positive history of working in a team, a car, a full and clean driver's license, and service experience would be an advantage.
Salary: £30,000 – 32,000 gross per annum dependant on experience with a discretionary annual bonus after completing a success probationary period/ minimum 6 months of employment.
Working Hours : 9am to 5pm
Working Days: 5 days per week with 2 consecutive days off. Generally, at the moment it would be Friday/Saturday off or alternatively 2 week days off.
Flexibility on days off and overtime is required during the summer months with the client in residence.
Annual leave allocation: 28 days per year with no entitlement to public Holidays
