Housekeeper / Nanny Job – Nr Bedale North Yorkshire – Live in or Daily considered - £35,000+ GPA

Our client is looking for an experienced and hands on Housekeeper / Nanny who can help run a busy family home near Bedale North Yorkshire. Accommodation can be offered in the form of a self-contained flat within the main house otherwise local live out candidates will be considered if they are happy to help with some overnight stays.

Busy family home with 4 school aged children. Part-time cleaners are also employed so this role will be a combination of housekeeping, laundry and help with the children in the afternoons after school.

You need to be able to manage your own time, be proactive and identify what needs doing on any given day.

Duties will include:

Hands on cleaning
Laundry and ironing
Shopping and running errands
School pick ups and dropping to after school activities
Basic family cooking
Babysitting including occasional overnight stays
Organising the children’s rooms and making sure everything is ready for the next days activities.

Driver essential with excellent references and Enhanced DBS check.

Full-time role normally Monday to Friday with some flexibility on evenings and weekends

Live in – would be full-time taking a break in afternoon and assisting into the early evening

Live out – could start later in the morning and work though to early evening

£35,000+ GPA depending on experience
