House Manager Job in Munich, Germany, with an Incredible family
A returning client of Greycoat Lumleys is the proud owner of 3 amazing properties in Munich, Germany / Austria & Saint Tropez, France. This is a live-out position and will need to be based in Munich as this is the largest residence (4,500sqm). This is a permanent position with a long-term contract and the family are seeking someone to be with them for many years.
Duties:
Co-ordination of 3 large properties - Munich, Germany (4,500 sqm, Austria 1,500 sqm & France 1,500 sqm)
Management and scheduling of all staff at the residences
Seeking someone to bring a uniformity of 5* service and standards in all their homes
Accounting and full procurement & cost control
Recruiting staff and coaching of staff
Regular travel to all the properties
1st point of contact for all 3rd party tradespeople and vendors
Must Haves:
High willingness to travel
Fluency in clear English
Reference verifiable background managing large residences ideally in multiple locations
We are seeking ONLY those with a solid employment background, must have been in a role for 3 years + in the last 8years, the client will not consider those who have moved around.
A solid understanding of cleaning of precious metals, materials and silver
Must be a Driver
Valid EU Passport
Willingness to work occasional weekends and holidays
Desired:
German speaking, although not essential
Have a residence near Munich, although the client is happy on a Case-by-case basis to assist with accommodation during probation, but will need to seek your own, long term.
A good level of cooking would be an advantage for occasional events
