A long-standing client of ours specializes in luxury events and bespoke catering. They are currently looking for CDP or Junior Sous Chef (canape section) to join their catering team in South-West London. The company prides itself on its superb food with a creative approach.

The role:
Working very closely with the Executive Head Chef, Executive Sous Chef and the rest of the brigade to develop new dishes.
Prepping and plating restaurant-quality food for some of the UK’s most prestigious and high-profile events.
Managing a section of the kitchen, ensuring health and safety protocols are followed.
Working on events, which includes cooking and presenting tastings to clients.
Essential skills/experience
2+ years of experience in a high-end restaurant or fast-paced catering environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
Good communication skills
Confident personality and ability to create a positive relationship with other chefs
Reliability and flexibility with hours as you will be required to work evenings and weekends.
Hard working attitude.
Passion for food and different cuisines
Attention to detail.
Specifications:
Salary: £28,000 Gross per Annum
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30- 17:00, with evenings and weekends when required, paid overtime.
