An exclusive UHNW household in Monaco is seeking a highly refined and organised Private Housekeeper & Lady’s Maid to oversee the Principality residence and support a high-profile couple. This role demands a candidate with an "invisible" service style, impeccable wardrobe expertise, and the flexibility to travel.
Role Overview
Location: Monaco (with international travel).
Schedule: Monday – Friday (with occasional weekend flexibility).
Salary: €50,000 – €60,000 Net per annum (DOE).
Travel: Required on a rotational basis with the Butler.
Requirement: An EU Passport is mandatory for this position.
Primary Responsibilities
Sanctuary Management: Maintain the couple’s private quarters (bedrooms, dressing rooms, bathrooms) to a 5-star standard, ensuring meticulous alignment and finishing touches.
Wardrobe Specialisation: Complete care of luxury textiles and couture, including professional steaming, ironing, outfit preparation, and seasonal organisation.
Valet Services: Expert packing and unpacking for frequent travel; setting up dressing rooms and bathrooms at international destinations.
Secondary Service: Providing polished, discreet table service and guest reception in the absence of the Butler.
Logistics & Inventory: Managing inventories for personal products and accessories; coordinating with the Chef, Nannies, and House Manager to ensure seamless household operations.
Candidate Profile
Proven experience within a high-end private estate or a 5-star luxury hospitality environment.
Expert knowledge of fine garment care and wardrobe management.
Exceptional discretion and an elegant, professional demeanour.
Strong collaborative spirit and clear communication skills.
