Live in Couple Job in Kent
We have a great position for a professional and hardworking couple to take care of a beautiful 7 bedroom main residence in Kent. The principals have a cat and a dog.
The estate lies on 520 acres in rural Kent. They also employ 2 Groundsman.
The ideal couple must be easy going, proactive and have great attention to detail.
Duties to include:
Housekeeping
Laundry, ironing and fabric care
Occasional family Cooking
Household maintenance
Handyman duties – basic repairs and DIY
Care of the terrace and patio areas
Clearing gutters and drains
Gardening duties to include all garden maintenance
Use of garden machinery including a ride on mowers and tractors
Care of the spa / pool area
Animal care mainly when the clients are away
Security of the property when the family travel
Driving duties and vehicle maintenance
Start date: August / September
Accommodation: 3 bedroom property (part furnished with a small garden). Bills included. Pets might be considered)
Working week: Monday - Friday, with flexibility when required at weekends
Hours: 8am – 4pm, with flexibility
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 GPA, depending on experience
Driving: At least one must drive
