Live in Couple Job in Warwickshire

A fantastic opportunity to work for a lovely Couple who live on a 20-acre Estate in Warwickshire. The main property consists of 7 bedrooms and there is a swimming pool, tennis & squash courts, gym and various outbuilding. Their grown-up children also live on the Estate.

Also employed are 3 part time Gardeners

The Housekeeper duties:

  • Full cleaning and upkeep of the household
  • Laundry and ironing
  • Wardrobe management
  • Organisation of household items and
  • Occasional simple cooking for the Couple
  • Shopping and running errands
  • Occasional housework required at the Son’s property on the estate

Maintenance/Groundskeeper duties:

  • Gardening and grounds care to a high standard
  • Driveway maintenance
  • Cleaning and regular maintenance of a large number of vehicles
  • Occasional driving duties
  • General handyman tasks and minor repairs
  • Tidying and maintaining the workshop
  • Maintenance of lawnmowers and garden equipment •
  • Ensuring outdoor spaces are clean, well-kept, and presentable
  • Security

We are looking for a capable, proactive couple with a high attention to detail and previous experience in similar roles. A strong work ethic, discretion, and pride in maintaining high standards are essential.

Accommodation: 2-bedroom terraced cottage on the estate with a small garden. Pets will be considered

Working days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week with flexibility

Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 gross per annum combined
