Live in Couple Job in Oxfordshire
We have a lovely position with a returning client who is looking for a Couple to work at her beautiful weekend residence, close to Henley-on-Thames, in South Oxfordshire. The property has 5 bedrooms and there are 2 cats, a dog, 4 Shetland ponies, 2 Alpacas, chickens and goats. On occasion, her children and grandchildren will come and stay.
The ideal couple will love animals, be immaculate, proactive, energetic and child friendly.
Also employed is a Gardener twice a week and there is a lady who looks after the animals on your days off.
Duties to include:
Keeping the house clean and tidy to a high standard
Laundry and ironing
Light cooking, mostly just for grandchildren when they visit
Running errands and shopping
Help with entertaining when family visit (informal)
Animal care (feeding the animals)
Dog walking, when the dog is in residence
Occasional driving duties
Garden maintenance
Handyman duties
Security of the estate
House and animal sitting when the principal is away
Start date: September ideally, but flexible for the right Couple
Accommodation: A detached 1-bedroom cottage. Well behaved pets might be considered for the right couple.
Driving: at least one must be a confident driver
Working week: 5 days a week working Thursdays to Mondays, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off. If the client is away or not in residence, you can take weekends off
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 gross per annum, depending on experience
