Live in Couple Job in Hampshire 

We have a fantastic position with a returning client who is looking for a proactive and entrepreneurial Couple to look after their large country residence, which is situated in a great location close to the coast and the heart of the New Forest. Currently the property is lightly used by the family and part of the role would be to use your entrepreneurial flair to develop a rental business out of three flats on the premises.  

The clients do travel for lengthy periods, and the role would suit candidates with an ability to work autonomously and responsibly when they are not in residence. 

 Also employed on the estate is a gardener and groundsman.

 Duties to include:

  • High standard of housekeeping
  • Laundry and ironing
  • Family cooking when the principals are in residence
  • Liaising with contractors
  • Running errands
  • Developing the rental potential of the properties
  • Handyman and maintenance duties
  • Security of the property

 Start: September ideally

Drivers: ideally both to drive

Working week: 5 days a week, mixture of working weekends and days in the week

Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 Gross per annum combined 

Accommodation: An excellent separate 1-bedroom flat with a separate entrance. Pets will be considered for the right couple. Utility bills included.
