Live In Couples Job - Nr Matlock Derbyshire - ASAP start - 2 bed brand new barn conversion accommodation - £70,000+ gpa
Our client is looking for an experienced Couple to take on a role to look after a large 4 bedroom property. They currently reside in a 5 bedroomed property but will be moving to a newly built 5 bedroom property very near by in the summer. It is planned that the couple will start with them now and move with them. Separate 2 bedroomed accommodation is available at both properties.
The household is 2 adults and an older son who currently still lives at home. They have older children who live locally and who visit. They also have 2 dogs, geese and other farm animals who are looked after by someone else.
This is a wonderful role for a couple who are looking for a new long-term challenge. The couple travel frequently so the couple needs to be happy to take care of the dogs while they are away.
Duties will include:
- All hands on cleaning
- Laundry
- Shopping
- Running errands
- Occasional simple family cooking
- Answering the door and taking in parcels
- Dealing with trade and contractors
- Generally keeping the home running smoothly
- Household Maintenance
- General Maintenance Gardening working alongside another gardener
- Driving
- Keeping the cars clean and well maintained
- Household Security
- Dog walking
- Dog and House sitting when they are away
Hours - will be Monday to Friday around 40 hours per week with flexibility needed on some evenings and weekends
Accommodation from the summer will be a newly renovated 2 bedroom barn conversion with own garden and conservatory. Rent free and council tax and reasonable utility bills covered by the employer. Pets considered but sorry no dependants.
Both need to be drivers
Must have excellent references and Enhanced DBS checks
