Live In Couples Job - Nr Altrincham Cheshire - September 2024 start - 2 bed accommodation - £70,000 GPA
Our client is looking for an experienced Couple to take on a hands on role looking after a family home near Altrincham. The client will also consider employing separate single candidates for either live in or live out roles.
The Couple will be looking after a busy family home which has 7 bedrooms set in private grounds including 5 acres of mixed formal and informal gardens including lawns, herbaceous borders, glass house, raised beds and woodland. The client is looking for a couple who can cover Gardening / Property Maintenance and Housekeeping duties.
The family have 5 children, the eldest three will be at boarding school come September. They also have a dog. A full-time live in Housekeeper is also employed who covers much of the hands on cleaning and childcare.
Duties will include:
- Hands on cleaning
- Laundry and ironing
- Wardrobe management
- Keeping the home generally well organised
- Dealing with contractors
- General housekeeping management
- Assisting with family cooking
- Both must be drivers - to help with driving all members of the family and keep the household vehicles well maintained
- General Maintenance Gardening - weeding, mowing, pruning, hedge cutting and watering
- Coordinating contract gardeners
- General Property maintenance both inside and out
- Clearing leaves, jet washing paths, fence painting
Separate 2 bed apartment is provided off site - all bills covered by the employer - pets considered
Full-time role for both - ideally working 5 days including a Saturday but this is not essential
