Live In Couple Job, Lancaster Lancashire – Separate 1 bedroom flat accommodation - £60,000+ GPA
Our client is looking for an experienced Domestic Couple look after a 5 bedroom family home in Lancaster. This is a hands-on cleaning role with no requirements for cooking or childcare. Family have 5 children and if you did want to take on some extra hours with occasional babysitting, this is an option but not essential.
The house as 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and is modern in style. The client also has a couple of Air B&B properties in the local area and part of the role will be to clean during the change overs but all properties are in the local area and within walking distance.
Duties will include:
All hands-on cleaning, dusting, hoovering, mopping
Cleaning bathrooms
Bed making and changing
Cleaning and change overs on the Air B&B properties
Generally keeping the home clean, tidy and running smoothly
There is no requirement for cooking or childcare
Driving and looking after the household vehicles – must be happy to drive to London and have experience driving prestige vehicles.
General maintenance gardening
General property maintenance and DIY
Excellent references and Enhanced DBS check required
A separate 1 bed flat is provided which is within walking distance of the property. Furnished and all bills paid.
The client is looking for someone with some previous experience working within a family home environment on a professional basis.
