Live In Housekeeper Job - Jersey, St Lawrence
Our client is a young family with two children aged 8 and 3 who are currently searching for a live-in housekeeper to join their informal home in Jersey. The primary responsibilities for this role include keeping the house clean, helping with laundry, ironing, running errands, managing the wardrobe, and occasionally cooking. Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable with house and pet sitting when the family is away.
The ideal candidate should be reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently. The family is looking for someone who is willing to feel like part of their family and is comfortable in a family-friendly environment. The right applicant will also have demonstrated longevity in their recent roles and proven experience.
The family have one dog, so the candidate should be comfortable with pets.
The family will provide accommodation in a separate cottage on site. You will need a full, clean driver's license, a car will be provided.
Duties include:
- Cleaning
- Laundry
- Ironing
- Errands
- Wardrobe management
- Occasional cooking
- House and pet sitting
Hours: 9am -5pm
Days: Monday to Friday
Accommodation: Separate one bedroom cottage on site. Partners and well behaved pets would be considered
