Live in Nanny Job, Brixton, Flexible start (when the right person is found)
A new client of Greycoat Lumleys is looking for a Live in Nanny to help care for their three children, twins aged 6 months (as September 2025) and a toddler of 2,5 years. The role will be a mixture of sole charge and shared care as Mum and Dad work different shifts and like to be involved in their children’s lives. Mum is currently on maternity leave and is planning to be back to work full-time from Spring 2026.
The role will be mostly focused on the twins as the toddler goes to forest school / outdoor nursery three days per week. He is an active little boy who loves to read and play in the garden. An active and outdoorsy Nanny who can find the right balance between being energetic and outdoorsy with the children but also able to do quiet/reading time at home would be a perfect fit.
The family is looking for someone kind and caring, with sound initiative and common sense. An engaged and engaging Nanny who is flexible and happy to follow Mum and Dad’s guidance would be ideal.
An up to date first aid certificate and police check are essential for this position.
Duties:
- All standard nursery duties
- Helping with nursery drop offs and pickups
- Preparing fresh meals and snacks for the children
- Assisting with weaning the twins
- Doing the children’s laundry
- Engaging the children in games and activities, both indoors and outdoors
- Bathtime and bedtime routines
- Keeping the place tidy
- Researching ideas for playgroups and outings
Salary: £35,000 to £42,000 GPA
Days: four days at first, then five days from Spring 2026
Hours: 11 to 12h per day
Babysitting: two evenings per week
Driving: bonus
Cycling: bonus

Language: English essential, French bonus
