Live in or Live out Nanny Job, Chesham, ASAP Start
A new client of Greycoat Lumleys is looking for a Live in or Live out Nanny to care for their three children aged 10 months, 3 and 6 years old. The 3 year old is in part time nursery and the 6 year old in full time school so the majority of the day is with the 10 month old. Mum is also at home so the right candidate needs to be happy to work in a team with a mixture of shared care and sole charge. The family live on the edge of the forest and are keen on a nanny who will have the children out and about whatever the weather, exploring and being in nature. Someone with an EYFS background is also desired. This is a formal family and professional boundaries are important, but they are equally looking for the nanny to be a part of the family.
An up to date first aid certificate and police check are essential for this position.
Duties:
- All standard nursery duties
- School drop offs and pickups when required
- Engaging the children in age-appropriate activities
- Playing with the children outdoors and within the home
- Cooking for the children (they have a fulltime housekeeper who does most of the cooking)
- Doing the children’s laundry
- Bathtime and bedtime
- Occasional overnights
Salary:
- Live in £40,000 to £45,000 GPA
- Live Out £50,000 to £55,000
Hours: 7:15am to 5:15pm
Driving: Essential
Travel: yes (most school holidays)
Language: English essential
Other staff employed: housekeeper, and PA
