Live in Senior/Head Housekeeper job near Victoria Station, Central London

A highly organised, efficient and excellent Senior or Head Housekeeper is being sought for this role within a family home. The ideal candidate will enjoy running a home and working with a small team of two other Housekeepers.

This is what this returning client of Greycoat Lumleys based in Central London is looking for. This candidate needs to be hands on as well as proactive and flexible. The couple have a teenage daughter and grandma living in the home, completing the family is a small dog, so being dog friendly is a must as there will be some shared dog walking. 

They currently also employ a part time ironing lady and two Chauffeurs. You will be responsible for putting together a daily rota of duties. This is a formally run home.

Duties to include:

  • Hands on housekeeping – cleaning, laundry and ironing to the highest standards
  • Supervising staff
  • Liaising with contractors
  • Shopping
  • Occasional food prep
  • Shared dog walking with other staff

Black & white uniform, top provided.

House: Large apartment

Accommodation: Your own flat located 5 minutes away, brand new light & airy studio flat

Hours: 5 day week. Hours are 9am - 9.30/10pm with a 2.5/3 hour break in the afternoon. The 5 day week is to include Saturdays. 

Salary: up to £45,000 gross per annum 

Start: As and when the right person is found
