Live-out Housekeeper required - New York, Upper East Side. WE CAN ONLY CONSIDER CANDIDATES CURRENTLY LIVING IN NEW YORK
An international client of Greycoat Lumleys is seeking a live-out daily housekeeper for their residence in the Upper East Side, New York. This secondary residence is a typical 3/4 story town house, with 4 bedrooms and many utility rooms such as Sauna, log room etc.
Duties
All general housekeeping duties such as cleaning, ironing, laundry, bed linen and maintenance
No childcare duties
No cooking duties
Ideally we would like someone with excellent "laundress" skills due to the clients wardrobe of fine clothes
To be considered
Provable background as a housekeeper for HNW/UHNW families
Fit & healthy due to many floors and stairs
Available Monday to Friday (with some weekend flexibility on occasion)
US Passport / Green Card holders only
Fluency in English
Ideally a background as a laundress or wardrobe specialist
Benefits
Salary circa $100,000 to $120,000 per annum
Mostly Monday to Friday
Only Housekeeping duties no "bolt ons"
Secondary home so not lived in full time
