Full Time Live Out Housekeeper job near South Kensington
A lovely client of Greycoat Lumleys is looking for an experienced Housekeeper to help look after their beautiful new pied-a-terre home. The couple lives in Monaco and visits London throughout the year for up to 6 months per year. Their grown-up daughter lives in London who will come visit and stay with her parents from time to time with her dog. Their daughter has her own Housekeeper, so you do not need to look after her own place.
The ideal candidate for this role will be able to show initiative, be reliable and trustworthy and be a hard worker.
Duties will include but may not be limited to:
Cleaning to a high standard
Laundry and ironing - regular hand washing delicates
Making beds and changing bed linen
Wardrobe management
Running errands
Overseeing tradespeople and handyman visits
Assisting when the family entertains - set dishes with food on a table, take the dirty dishes to the kitchen and load the dishwasher, etc.
House: 4 storey Townhouse over 450 square metres
Working Days and Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day and you must be flexible and willing to do overtime on Friday evenings or weekends when they are in residence (with time off in lieu)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 gross per annum (depending on experience)
Start: mid-June (as the property will be ready then)
