Live out Housekeeper Job, Radlett, Hertfordshire

We are looking for a highly capable and trustworthy Private Housekeeper to support a young family based in Radlett, Hertfordshire. The couple have a one-year-old baby, and three friendly dogs. This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive candidate who is confident managing daily household duties while maintaining a warm, family-focused approach.

The ideal individual will take pride in maintaining a well-organised, immaculate home and must be willing to assist with a combination of traditional housekeeping, light family-style cooking, childcare support, and dog walking.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the household to a high standard, including daily cleaning, laundry, ironing, wardrobe management, and general tidying
Prepare simple, healthy family meals on occasion
Support the parents with light childcare duties
Occasional walk and care for the family’s three dogs,
Monitor household supplies, manage shopping lists, and oversee basic stock replenishment
Ensure the home runs smoothly, anticipating needs and identifying tasks before being asked

The Ideal Candidate:

A fluent Spanish speaker is a preference
Child-friendly
Trustworthy, discreet, and able to demonstrate good judgment and professionalism at all times
Energetic, organised, and capable of working independently without supervision
Must be comfortable and confident around dogs

Start Date: Happy to wait for the right candidate

Working Days: 5 days per week

Hours: 8 hours per day

Fee/Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 GPA
