Live-out Housekeeper Job| Erlenbach, Zurich

Greycoat Lumleys is seeking an exceptional, professional Housekeeper for a prestigious private residence in Erlenbach. This is a dedicated live-out role for a candidate who prides themselves on maintaining a home to the highest standards of excellence. This young family consists of two teenage children and a small well behaved dog. The family are relocating from the USA and ideally only need good English speakers, although German would be an advantage.

The Role
You will take full ownership of the household’s daily operations, ensuring the property is immaculately presented at all times. Duties include:

Meticulous cleaning and care of high-end finishes and artworks.
Expert laundry management, including delicate fabrics and wardrobe care.
General household organisation and provisioning.
Occasional light interaction with the family’s small dog.

The Candidate
The ideal professional will be discreet, self-motivated, and highly organised.

Requirements: Must hold an EU Passport or a valid Swiss Work Permit.
Languages: Fluent English is essential; German language skills are a distinct advantage.
Experience: Proven track record in high-net-worth private households or luxury hospitality.
Attributes: A "can-do" attitude with a refined eye for detail. While there are two children in the home, no formal childcare is required.

The Package

Salary: Exceptional compensation of CHF 100,000+ Gross per annum (dependant on experience).
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Max 50 hours per week).
Location: Beautiful lakeside setting in Erlenbach.
Start Date: March 2026.
