Live Out Housekeeper/Cook Job in Maida Vale, London
A client of Greycoat Lumleys is looking for an experienced Housekeeper/Cook to care for their family home.
The family of three is Mum, and 2 daughters, they also have 2 cats. They currently employ another part-time cleaner who works 3 full days and takes care of the heavy-duty cleaning; and a live-in Carer for one of the lady's daughter who has special needs. The lady has gluten intolerance and has recipes you can follow.
The ideal candidate for this role will need to be a confident cook, be proactive, organised and will have an eye for detail.
Duties to include:
- Keeping on top of the cleaning
- Caring for silver and artwork
- Laundry and ironing
- Organising the home
- Cooking healthy dinners for the family daily
- Weekly menu planning
- Shopping - online and locally
- Running errands occasionally
- Feeding their cats
- Tidying up
- Watering plants
- Bonus: Travelling with the family for a couple of weeks in the summer
House: 5 bedroom Victorian House
Days and Hours: Monday - Friday (very occasional half day on Saturdays), 9 am - 6.30 pm
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 gross per annum (depending on experience)
