Live Out Housekeeper/Cook Job in Golders Green and Strand, London
A professional individual is looking for a self-motivated Housekeeper/Cook to work independently and ensure that both properties are ready for his periodic visits. The two children, ages 16- and 14-year-old, visit occasionally from boarding school.
Location management involves working two days per week at the North London flat and one day per week at the Central London flat during his absence. The visits occur every 3-4 months for 7-8 days, therefore the work schedule starts at 7 am for this period.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Housekeeper/ Cook, ability to work independently, attention to detail and flexibility to accommodate the employer’s schedule during visits.
Duties to include in his absence:
- General cleaning and tidying of both properties
- Watering the plants
Duties to include in his presence:
- Cleaning and tidying
- Laundry and ironing
- Preparing breakfast
- Cooking for the family
- Watering the plants.
Properties: 2-bedroom flat in North London, 1-bedroom flat in Central London
Working days in his absence: 2 days per week in North London and 1 day per week in Central London
Working days in his presence: 7-8 days continuously, starting at 7 am
Salary: £42,500 gross per annum
