Live-Out Housekeeper, Cook & Nanny in Pangbourne, Berkshire
A new client is seeking an experienced, engaging, and positive individual for a versatile role focusing on housekeeping and cooking, with additional nanny duties. The family has four-year-old twins who are currently in full-time nursery and will begin school in September.
As both parents work from home, they require a candidate who is professional and comfortable working in a calm environment. The ideal person will be punctual, reliable, and possess a relaxed and positive disposition to match the household atmosphere. A driver with their own car is essential due to the rural farmhouse location.
Housekeeping & Cooking
Home Maintenance: Ensuring the farmhouse is kept to a high standard of cleanliness through daily cleaning and organisation.
Laundry & Ironing: Managing all family laundry requirements, including proficient ironing.
Family Cooking: Preparing "family favourite" meals for the entire household, ensuring nutritious and enjoyable options are available.
Childcare & Nanny Duties
School Runs: Collecting the twins from nursery (and school from September).
Afternoon Care: Overseeing occasional play dates and engaging the children in games or outdoor activities at the farmhouse until the end of the day.
Nursery Duties: Maintaining the children’s areas and ensuring their belongings are organised.
Days: Monday – Friday
Hours: 09:00 – 17:00 or 10:00 – 18:00 (Possible reduced hours during school holidays)
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 GPA
