Live out Rota Housekeeper job in Kensington
A lovely returning client of Greycoat Lumleys is looking for an experienced Housekeeper on a rota basis. The household has a modern interior with antiques and a wonderful art collection. They have many fine surfaces within the house including marble, wood, and stone, knowledge on high end cleaning is key. They have a fully staffed formal household and currently employ a House Manager, Chefs, 3 Housekeepers, a Ladies Maid, a Houseman/Driver, a Chauffeur, a Security team, and a team of PA's. It is important you are happy to work within a team. The ideal candidate for this role will be personable, professional and discreet. They will also have proven experience in HNW households, have an excellent eye for detail and take pride in their work.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Cleaning to a high standard
- Laundry & ironing - only the uniform of staff
- Wardrobe management
- Polishing silver, brass and crystal
- Liaising with other staff
A uniform (trousers, shoes and shirt) will be provided.
House: 10 bedroom, 6 Storey House
Working Days and Hours: 5 days per week on a rota basis with 10 hours per day. The rota shifts will be 7 am - 5 pm between Monday and Friday and 8 am - 6 pm over weekends (must be flexible as there may be overtime). One weekend off will be guaranteed each month.
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 GPA (depending on experience)
