A very good opportunity is available for this family estate. The estate compromises of about 30 acres acres in total, with about a fifth of this being woodland and about 1 acre of formal garden.
Another Gardener is employed.
Duties
Garden maintenance duties: lawn mowing, strimming, trimming etc
Tree maintenance
Use and maintenance of machinery
Leading the other gardener by example
Strong knowledge of flowers and plants
Liaising with contractors
The ideal Gardener would be experienced, hands on and self-motivated. A gardener with some degree of relevant qualifications is highly desirable.
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 8am – 4pm with flexibility
Drivers: Yes
Start: As and when right person is found.
Salary: £40,000 GPA + depending on experience
