Live out Wardrobe Stylist Job in Mayfair
We have a fantastic opportunity to work for a ULHNW principal who is looking for a Wardrobe Stylist to join her busy and fully staffed household.
This is a crucial position for an individual who will make a significant contribution to the effective wardrobe styling and wardrobe management of the principal’s collection.
Travel is required (national and international) and may be required at short notice, so flexibility is required.
Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Wardrobe Management
Managing the Principal’s wardrobe, recording of all stock and maintaining a proper control of all items.
Management of the packing and unpacking of the Principal and her family’s luggage in preparation for travel.
Assisting Principal with sourcing specific clothing or accessories.
Ensure all wardrobes and clothing items are always in pristine condition.
Seasonal items are moved appropriately to maximize space.
Accompany the Principal, her family and her guests on all trips where needed, ensuring an exceptional wardrobe service is always delivered.
Responsible for Hair and Makeup set up and coordinating reference looks with stylists
Coordinate wardrobe adjustments with designer, external stylist, tailor, seamstress
Meet and greet the principal and her guests, when embarking and disembarking the aircraft and when using other modes of transportation.
Coordinate principal’s plans with all relevant team members of destination, ahead of Principal’s arrival and post departure, ensuring provision of a clear directive is given to their staff.
Hotel room set up and check-in – Ensure all necessary arrangements are made according to Principal’s requirements (relevant travel pouches are in place and any other set-up is completed according to principal’s plans prior to her arrival (i.e., hair & make-up).
Supervise hotel housekeeping team and guide to room set up and cleaning standards.
Management and running of general errands such as shopping, gifting etc.
Build strong relationships with the principal’s travel network to support the smooth-running travel activities.
Coordinate with House Manager and Housekeeping team on Household projects
Report any maintenance issues in the wardrobes to the House Manager
Assist the Principal with gifting
Ensure Housekeeping and Ladies Maids are aware of styling request prior to events
Previous professional wardrobe/stylist management is essential and someone with professional garment tailoring skills would be a bonus. The principal is looking for someone who is self-motivated, responsible, courteous, honest, hardworking and have a can-do attitude. Flexibility to travel internationally at short notice is essential.
Start: ASAP
Working week: 5 or 6 days a week
Hours: 48 hours per week pro rata, possible additional hours(incl. weekends).
Salary: £60,000 gross per annum
