Maternity Nurse Job, Central London, 13th May – 13th July
A returning client of Greycoat Lumleys is looking for a Maternity Nurse to help with their 2nd baby. The baby is due at the beginning of May and family want the maternity y nurse to start a week later, allowing them time to settle in.
This is the families second child and they have a labrador so someone happy to work with older siblings and pets is essential for this role. They would like you to support the integration process of the newborn and his brother.
The family have a week day nanny for the older child and a housekeeper so minimal housekeeping is needed however you would be expected to do the baby’s laundry.
The family are looking for someone who is gentle, calm and baby led.
The father has a 6 month paternity leave, and both parents like to be involved and hands on.
Maternity nurse experience and an up to date DBS and first aid certificate are essential.
Duties
- Hygiene routines and bath time
- Breastfeeding support and advice
- Bottle feeding
- Baby laundry
- Sterilising equipment
Salary: £250 GPD
Days: 24/5 either Monday to Friday or Wednesday – Sunday
Hours: 24hrs
Pets: Labrador
Accommodation: Shared room with baby
