Live out Nanny, Kensington, August 2024
A new client of Greycoat Lumleys is looking for a Live out Nanny for their two children aged 2,5 years and 3 months.
Mum is currently on maternity leave and will mostly be with the baby. As such, the role will at first be focused on the eldest child, who is very chatty and energetic. He will go to nursery a few mornings a week from September, which will then give the Nanny the opportunity to bond with the baby too.
The family would like someone warm, friendly, and positive. The ideal candidate will be fun yet know how to set boundaries and will have a muck-in and helpful attitude around the house. There will be no housekeeping required as the family has a cleaner, but the Nanny will be required to do the children’s laundry and should be happy to help where needed, for example unloading the dishwasher.
A DBS dated within the last 12 months or on the update service and an up to date first aid certificate are all essential for this role.
Duties:
- All nursery duties
- Nursery runs for the eldest (nursery closed in August)
- Cooking for the children, weaning the baby, and grocery shopping for the children
- Supporting milestones and educational development
- Doing the children’s laundry
- Organising playdates and activities
- Keeping the play areas tidy
Salary: £55,000 to £60,000 GPA
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 7.30am to 5.30pm
Travel: bonus but not essential
Driving: not required
Language: English essential, Mandarin bonus
