A client from Greycoat Lumleys is looking for a chef to work 5 or 6 days a week for a family of Seven, (two principals and 5 children), in Regents Park. You will be required to cook Lunch and dinner.
The family enjoys Spanish and Italian cuisine, focusing on Michelin-quality dishes. This will be a combination of family-style and plated courses. The family does not eat pork and likes the meals to be Organic, healthy, and balanced. You will be required to provide for the household, stock rotation, and clean your working areas.
The family eats lunch at 12.30 (the kids do not require lunch on weekdays as they are at school) and at 5.30 for dinner. The ideal candidate will be discreet, switched on, passionate about their work, and a team player. You will also be required to prepare simple staff lunches for up to eight staff members.
Travel will be required for the chosen candidate predominantly on school holidays.
