Greycoat Lumleys Scotland, with an office in the centre of Edinburgh are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join their team.

Greycoat Lumleys specialise in the Recruitment of Staff for Private Households and Estates. Our Edinburgh office is very lucky to have lots of returning and recommended clients and candidates. Our Head Office is in London and one off the biggest in the UK in this niche market.

This role is for our Childcare sector, recruiting Nannies for families, the Nannies Live In or Live Out so there are many aspect of the role to consider to make sure the match works for both parties.

We are looking for someone to represent Greycoat Lumleys, build our reputation and business in the Scotland and North of England market. Meeting with clients is a very important part of the role and something that is done on a regular basis. Meetings are not always planned in advance so the Consultant will need to be able to manage their time effectively.

Duties Include:

  • Sourcing and interviewing Nannies
  • Meeting with client and representing the business to a high professional standard
  • Ensuring due diligence is adhered to
  • Having an awareness of sales and business development
  • Taking direction and also have a level of autonomy
  • Building strong relationships with clients and candidates

Full training is given with the experienced team in the Edinburgh and London office in Fulham.

Applicants must drive and be able to take responsibility for their time management and achieving a high level of service.

There is over 20 years recruitment experience in the team which will assist with negotiation techniques, relationship building and professionalism.

There is an element of administration in the role where attention to detail is paramount and processes need to be followed.

The office environment is unique with our clientele but fun and very rewarding.

Applicants will require past experience of a high level of client interaction, have strong ambition and must be able to take instruction.
