When you join this school, you become part of a unique empowering community where there are no limits. They believe in a complete education and successfully combine an excellent academic provision with a strong pastoral programme and an immense variety of enrichment activities while always focussing on the needs of the individual.

If you share their values and passion and want to join a friendly community where you are surrounded by kind and supportive individuals who love life and learning then this may be the job for you.

  • Assist the Head of House in providing excellent care of the students who board and to help ensure the smooth running of the Boarding House through supervision and administrative assistance.
  • Assist with the day-to-day care of boarders: ensuring their well-being and safety; promoting a fulfilling educational experience and encouraging a caring and productive ethos in the House.
  • To be on duty during the week as allocated by the Assistant Head Pastoral & Boarding.
  • Supervise students after school in the Junior or Senior School in support of the Academic staff.
  • Take an active role in the weekend activity programme for boarders and other extracurricular activities.
  • Always behave in a professional manner.
  • Always present yourself in a professional manner.

  • Experience of working with children and young people.
  • The ability to run an extracurricular activity.
  • A wish to work in a professional capacity with young people.
  • A willingness to get involved in all aspects of the life of the School.
  • Planning & organising skills. Initiative. Emotional resilience.
  • High levels of energy and enthusiasm.
