Rota Nanny Job, Miami, Flexible Start
A new client to Greycoat Lumleys are looking for a calm, caring, career nanny to look after their 2 ½ year old twins. The family also have a 9 year old but the main focus of this role is for the twins. The family are looking for a positive nanny with at least 5 years of experience working with toddlers in a private setting. The family value integrity, respect and honesty and are looking for a nanny who will be part of the family for the long term, becoming a trusted and stable presence in the children’s daily lives. Twins and or experience with multiples is advantageous and UHNW experience is essential.
Duties:
- All nursery duties for the children
- Organising fun and educational activities, arts and crafts and imaginative play
- Keeping the children in a good routine
- Encouraging independence, teaching the children to clean up after themselves
- Arranging playdates, outdoor activities
- Reading with the children and encouraging creative minds
- Helping with developmental milestones
- Reheating meals and making healthy meals and snacks when the family chef is off
- Bed and bathtime routine
Specification:
- Rotation: Open to 4 days on / off or 1 week on / off
- Driver: Confident driver required
- Travel: Yes, 2 or 3 times a year
- Language: Fluent English, Russian or Mandarin a bonus but not required
- Salary: $Market Rate
- Start date: Flexible to wait for the right candidate
- Accommodation: Bedroom provided when on rotation
- Pets: None but may have pets in the future
