Short Term Lead Chef Job in Arbroath, Scotland
A lovely client of Greycoat Lumleys is looking for a lead chef in Arbroath, UK
The Details:
Dates are TBC but it will be one week in October (roughly 6th to 11th) and one week in December (1st – 6th)
You will be cooking for 6 days for clients attending a business seminar in which there will be approximately 27 guests
You will have an assistant chef to help prep and plate each day and all dishes will be plated using high quality, local produce
Breakfast to be a cooked breakfast with eggs which will be preordered
No expenses spared for the dinner – tomahawk, caviar, lobster
Lunch will be bistro/gastro style meal – steak pie, lasagne etc
There will be a FOH manager plus butlers who will also clean/polish plates and cutlery. Service is very fast, all plates to be sent out at specific time with presentation being key
Accommodation will be provided
Final course on the final day will be 4 courses including haggis
You have access to a large catering kitchen
Rate – around £450.00 per day
