Short Term Chef Job in Sevenoaks, Kent.
A lovely client of Greycoat Lumleys would like a chef to work during the shooting season from October for 4 months
The details:
2 days per week cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner
Always one Saturday and one other day during the week (the exact dates will be confirmed end of June)
Pheasant/partridge shoot - experience with game cookery and butchery desirable
It will be a total of 40-45 days over the season
Cooking for a minimum of 12 and maximum of18 guests, breakfast, lunch and dinner
Guests arrive at 08:30 each day
The same chef must be available for the full season to create consistency
Location - Sevenoaks, no accommodation provided
Rate £350-£400 per day
You must have an enhanced DBS within the last year to apply for this role
