Short-Term Live-in Housekeeper, South of France
A lovely family is looking for temporary housekeepers in their holiday residence in South France, near Nice.
You will be working in a 6-bedroom house alongside with another friendly housekeeper.
The family consist of 6 people, but two of the adult children do not stay in the residence the whole time being, however, this is a busy house, and they do have guests visiting. They might be bringing their two dogs.
Must have an enhanced DBS/Police Check
Duties to include.
- Cleaning high standard
- Laundry, ironing, ironing the table linen, silver polishing, dusting, etc.
- Organising
- Setting tables
- Service
- Driver: not necessary but would be helpful
The clients really like to have a candidate who is positive, discrete and have experience with delicate surfaces, designer clothing and valuable items.
Ideal candidate can read the room, take initiative, adapt to changing environment and be proactive.
Property: 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms over two storeys
Days and Hours: 5/6 days a week, 8 to 10 hours per day with breaks.
Salary: £ negotiable
Start: 14/07/2026 to 24/08/2026
Accommodation: Double room in the main house with ensuite and private terrace and private kitchen area on the same level
